Salt and Pepper Arctic Shrimp with Basil

Garlic pressed into puree

Heat the wok, add 2-3 times the amount of oil than usual for cooking, and bring to a boil first

After the oil is boiled, turn to medium heat, pour in the thawed Arctic shrimp, then fry it until the color of the Arctic shrimp darkens, then cease fire

Remove the Arctic prawns and drain the oil

Medium heat, leave some oil in the bottom of the pot, pour in the garlic and sauté

Pour in the fried Arctic shrimp and stir fry for about 1 minute

Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly into the Arctic prawns and stir fry until the shrimps are covered with salt and pepper

Sprinkle in the basil spice and stir-fry before serving
