Salt and Pepper Corn

In autumn, freeze the corn kernels in the refrigerator and put them in the clear thaw.

Control the water and add an appropriate amount of starch.

Stir evenly so that each corn kernel is covered with starch.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot to heat.

The oil is 80% hot, pour in the corn kernels, do not shovel immediately.
