Salt and Pepper Corn Kernels

Wash the corn kernels and drain the water.

Beat in an egg.

Add the right amount of cornstarch, you can put more cornstarch.

Chop some chopped green onions.

Fill the pan with oil. The amount of oil can be more.

Tips:
1. Canned corn can also be used. I bought sweet corn in bulk, so I must control the moisture after washing it.
2. You can also use only egg whites.
3. When frying, don't keep turning, make the corn and oil fully contact.
4. If you don't like more oil, you can reduce the amount. You can cook the corn finely.
