Salt and Pepper Crucian Carp
1.
Ask the store to help you handle the small crucian carp, go home and rinse it.
2.
Leave an appropriate amount of salt to marinate for two hours, wash off the mucus from the fish before frying, and then add a small amount of salt and mix well.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil (corn oil, rapeseed oil or sunflower oil) in the pan, and fry slowly on low heat until the fish becomes hard and the bones are crispy.
4.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of sesame pepper noodles, stir fry with a spatula, let each fish stick to the sesame pepper noodles, and serve. Crisp, crispy and delicious.
