Low Fried Crucian Carp

Remove the scales of the small crucian carp, and wash by laparotomy. Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and garlic. Pour the cooking wine into the fish and grab well. Add baking ingredients, thirteen incense, salt, and stir well.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic, mix well, marinate for 10-15 minutes, pour out, and control the moisture.

Preheat the fish in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, brush a little oil on the fish body, and place it in a net basket.

Put it in the fryer, 200 degrees, 10 minutes. At the fifth minute, take it out, brush the oil again, and put it back into the fryer to continue frying. After it's ripe, take it out, put it on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
When brushing the oil, brush both sides of the fish body.
Do not brush too much, so as not to drip.
If the roast is relatively dry, you can repaint it halfway.
If you like a little burnt, you can bake it for a while
