Salt and Pepper Duck Tongue

After the nonstick pan is heated, pour in the salad oil.

Put in the duck tongue that has been used in cooking wine to remove the fishy tongue (the duck tongue is marinated for 10 minutes after adding the cooking wine), and stir fry.
