Salt and Pepper Garlic Shrimp

Prepare the right amount of green onion, ginger and garlic

Prepare salt and pepper (add pepper and salt if you don’t have it, you can also saute the pepper and grind it yourself)

Wash the shrimp (preferably live)

Remove long hairs and control water purification (you can remove it if you want to remove the shrimp thread, this kind of shrimp is not particularly large, you can also not remove the shrimp thread)
