Salt and Pepper Okra

Okra cleans the surface;

Cut off the stalk of the head, cut it open, remove it in boiling water, drain it, and let it cool.

Salt the eggs and beat them up;

Add starch and flour;

Blend into a paste evenly.

Put the okra into the egg batter and mix well;

Boil more oil to 50% to 60% hot, and place the okra covered with egg batter;

Fry the okra to the final shape, and heat the oil to 70% to 80% hot. Pour the okra to re-fry, remove the hard shell, drain the oil, and place it on the plate;

Sprinkle on seasoning salt and pepper noodles and serve hot.
