Salt and Pepper Ribs

Prepare the cooked ribs. (There are pork ribs method and steps in the previous recipe).

Put the ribs in the basin, add salt, pepper, and pepper noodles, stir evenly, beat an egg, stir evenly, add an appropriate amount of starch, stir evenly.

Ignite the wok and heat the oil to 60% heat, then add the registered paste pork ribs and fry them until they are set.

Remove the ribs, and after the oil temperature rises, re-fry until golden brown to remove the oil.

Cut green and red peppers into fine pieces, chopped green onions, and mince garlic.

Leave the bottom oil in the wok, add the minced garlic, green and red pepper diced and fry until fragrant. Cook with the Yixian soy sauce and add the monosodium glutamate, sugar, and pepper and stir well.

Add the fried ribs.

Stir quickly evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and turn off the heat.

Tips:
If the cooked ribs are cold, they need to be blanched in hot water. \nWhen frying the ribs, pay attention to the heat, it is easy to get oily.
