Salt and Pepper Squid Rings

Pour cold water into the pot, add ginger slices and a spoonful of cooking wine, pour it into the thawed and blanch the squid ring.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of light soy sauce to the plate. Marinate the blanched squid rings and cumin powder for ten minutes.
