The kids at home like to eat string beans, I have to stir-fry them in a different way.
One day, I saw salt and pepper flavored on a food website, which attracted me deeply. I tried to make it for my kids on my rest day.
The taste of the little guy is becoming more and more picky. I have to make delicious foods that look good and delicious.
This one is pretty good, it's worth a try

Salt and Pepper String Beans

1. Wash the kidney beans, pinch off the ends and tendons.

2. It breaks and becomes approximately the same size segment

3. Put an appropriate amount of water, a little oil, and a little more salt than usual in the pan. Bring the water to boil, pour the green beans, and cook for about 1-2 minutes after the water is boiling, then remove.

4. Remove the water control and put it in the pan.

5. Beat in an egg and add a little salt. If the blanching water is good enough, add less salt.

6. Pour in the right amount of bread crumbs, little by little, not too much at a time.

7. Use chopsticks to stir, so that each green bean is stuck with egg liquid and bread crumbs

8. Heat the pot, put a proper amount of oil, use chopsticks to sandwich the beans, fry on medium-low heat until the shape is set, turn over with chopsticks and continue frying. Some will condense together because of the egg liquid, don't pick it apart.

9.

Tips:

1. It is better to blanch green beans in the water. If they are not cooked when fried, they are easy to be poisoned.
2. When frying, it will be better to fry on medium and small fire. It will be better to use chopsticks after it has been shaped.
3. Season properly, otherwise the taste is not good.
