Salt and Pepper Tofu

Tofu cut into pieces

Stir the starch, pepper powder, and salt together to form salt and pepper starch

Tofu coated with salt and pepper starch on both sides

Heat the pan with cool oil. After the oil is hot, add tofu and fry slowly. Fry until golden on both sides.
Tips:
Tofu is best cut into cubes about 0.5 cm thick to taste. The cut tofu I bought is a bit thick.
