Salt and Pepper Tofu Fish

Tofu fish head, guts, washed, and one piece is cut in half.

Prepare chopped green and red peppers, minced garlic, and chopped green onions.

Put more oil in the pot and heat it up.

When the oil temperature is high enough, dip the tofu fish in cornstarch and fry it in the pan until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Heat a pan, add appropriate amount of oil, chopped green and red peppers, minced garlic, green onion, and sauté.

Pour in the fried tofu fish, stir-fry gently, sprinkle with salt and pepper powder and flavored salt and pepper.
7.
Fragrant and crispy on the outside, tender and smooth on the inside.
