Salt Baked Chicken

Choose half a chicken

Put the salted chicken powder in a bowl, pour in some oil, add some light soy sauce, and mix well

Spread the whole chicken with sauce, you can make a few strokes to taste quickly

Marinate for about 4 hours.

Put it in the pressure cooker and put ginger on the bottom! I didn't find the ginger, so I put a few snow peas because I was afraid of burning. Put in a little oil so that it won’t burn. Just 10 minutes!

Tips:
When baking, put some ginger in the bottom of the pot, and oil to increase the aroma.
