Salt Baked Chicken

Wash the chicken, take a packet of salt-baked chicken powder, apply it inside and out, and massage it for a while.

Wrap it in tin foil and refrigerate it overnight (tasting) for four hours.

Put the wok into the oven. Cover the pot and bake at 220 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the lid, brush the oil on the surface of the chicken (it is delicious and beautiful), and bake for another 15 minutes. Then turn the chicken over, brush with oil, and bake for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and simmer for ten minutes. It tastes very good 👍
