Salt Baked Chicken
1.
Prepare the required materials
2.
Take a small bowl and pour the salted chicken powder into the bowl
3.
Pour in the right amount of cooking oil
4.
Stir evenly with chopsticks, it's probably a paste.
5.
Wash the chicken and drain the water. Spread the salt-baked chicken powder mixed in step 4 on each part of the chicken, pay attention to the wing recesses, and spread evenly on each part
6.
The chicken with salted chicken powder is set aside and marinated for more than half an hour (the longer the time, the easier it will taste). You can use a knife to scratch the chicken for better taste
7.
Take a large pot and spread the washed shallots on the bottom of the pot
8.
Pour a little oil into the bottom of the pot
9.
Put the marinated chicken in the pot
10.
Cover the pot, place the pot on the stove, and simmer slowly over medium heat throughout the process
11.
The state of the salt-baked chicken can be observed at all times through the lid of the pot. It is enough to simmer for about 10 minutes. If the chicken is relatively large, it can be extended for 3 or 4 minutes.
12.
Let cool a little after it is out of the pan, cut into pieces and put on a plate (the chicken was cut by someone, this knife is really not flattering...) The cut is not good, but the taste is great~ try
Tips:
1. The time to marinate the chicken must be more than 30 minutes, otherwise the chicken will not be marinated enough;
2. The scallion on the bottom of the pot is not only anti-sticky, but also the salt-baked chicken has a light onion fragrance and is super tender;
3. The braising time should not be too long, otherwise the chicken will not taste good when it gets old.
