The salt-baked chicken drumsticks are very good, and the bibimbap tastes superb.

Salt Baked Chicken Drumsticks

1. Cut the chicken legs and wash them.

2. 2 teaspoons of salt-baked chicken powder, a little light soy sauce, and a little peanut oil, mix well.

3. Put the chicken legs in the seasoning, mix well, add ginger shreds and marinate for about 20 minutes.

4. Put it in a rice cooker and steam it with rice.

Tips:

Chicken thighs can be marinated whole, if the whole chicken is marinated for 2 hours or more, it will be more delicious.
