Salt-baked Chicken Thigh

Prepare the required materials.

Cut it vertically and easily remove the chicken thigh.

Put all the chicken thighs in a bowl. Put the green onions, salt-baked chicken powder, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ginger into the bowl.

Wear disposable gloves and scratch the chicken thigh evenly.

Wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for more than 1 hour to make it more delicious.

Turn on the multi-function pot, turn on the heat to the maximum, take out the marinated chicken thighs, skin down, and fry until the oil is out.

Then turn the chicken thighs over and continue frying until the lid is closed. This can shorten the frying time and the chicken thighs will be cooked faster.

Tips:
1. If there is enough time to marinate, try to marinate for more than 8 hours.
2. I am used to mixing the seasoning one night in advance when marinating, and then put it in the refrigerator, which is the most convenient.
