Salt Baked Chicken Wings

Prepare 5g sliced ginger and 1 green onion, cut into sections;

Heat the oil, pour in 5ml of edible oil, add sliced ginger and green onion, until fragrant on high heat, then add 150ml of water and 20g of salted chicken powder, stir well

Add chicken wings, simmer for 20 minutes and take out;
