I have made salt-baked chicken several times before, and they are very popular. I also like the taste of salt-baked. So I cook it every few days at home. The chicken is tender and salty, whether it’s served with wine, rice or It's great as a snack.

Salt Baked Chicken Wings

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Wash the chicken wings and drain the water. If you are in a hurry, you can wipe them dry with a clean cloth, and then use a fork to make some small holes

3. Add salted chicken powder

4. Then grab it with your hands and marinate for half an hour

5. Ginger peeled, washed and sliced

6. Add a little cooking oil to the rice cooker

7. Then spread the ginger slices under the pot

8. Put the chicken wings on

9. Electric rice cooker

10. Then press the cooking button

11. Wait for the rice cooker to trip, simmer for 5 minutes, then turn the chicken wings on the wrong side, and then press the cooking button

12. Simmer for 5 minutes after tripping again

Tips:

The chicken wings have some small holes for better taste, just press the cooking button twice.
