Salt Baked Crawfish
1.
Frozen crayfish are thawed at room temperature and rinsed well;
2.
Heat up the iron pan, add a bag of sea salt and some green onion roots and stir-fry for about 1 minute, and fry the green onions for a nice fragrance;
3.
Place the sea prawns on top of the hot sea salt, and do not overlap them. Cover the pot and simmer for a while;
4.
At this time, prepare the ingredients, cut the green onion and ginger into sections, and a handful of pepper;
5.
Put these ingredients evenly on the shrimp, drizzle a large spoonful of cooking wine, cover and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
6.
The finished product is shown in the figure.
Tips:
It's very simple. The bottom salt will be a little mushy at the bottom of the pot, but this does not affect the taste of the shrimp. It is also very convenient to clean; it is time to master, don't simmer for too long, just don't burn the shrimp. Hehe, the whole process can be controlled within 6-7 minutes, and you can check it halfway.
