Salt Baked Shrimp

Prepare the raw materials

Cut off the long beards of the shrimp, pick out the shrimp thread, and clean it

Cut ginger into slices, green onions into sections, and shallots into chopped green onions

Pour appropriate amount of cooking wine, a little vegetable oil into the shrimp, add some green onions and ginger slices, and marinate for 10 minutes

Tips:
1. Add a little edible oil when marinating, to wrap the shrimp, not easy to pick up the salt, and also wrap the shrimp's moisture;
2. The salt must be fried slowly and the heat should not be too high.
