Salt Fried Shrimp

Main ingredients: green prawns, green onions, ginger.

Wash the shrimp and use a toothpick to pick out the black line.

And use scissors to cut off the shrimp legs and shrimp whiskers. Do it in turn.

Put the green onion and ginger into a bowl and add the cooking wine.

Add the shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan, evenly sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, and fry until the color of the salt is a little yellow.

Add the marinated shrimp and fry.

When the shrimp changes color slightly, turn it over.

Turn on the heat, and put the scallion and ginger of the marinated shrimp in the pot.

Set out the pan. 4 on each side, one in the middle, slightly embellished. Serve.
Tips:
1. When putting the green onion and ginger at the end, be sure to use a high heat.
2. Don't use too much salt for frying, about 3-5g.
