Salt Roasted Peanuts
1.
Wash the peanuts and soak them in boiling water for two hours (not more than two hours, otherwise they will soak). Add salt, pepper and star anise to the boiling water.
2.
After soaking, pour dry water, put it in a baking tray, preheat 200 for 8 minutes, some peanuts are cracked, shake the baking tray gently to turn the peanuts, and then turn the oven to 120 degrees, 5- It takes 8 minutes.
3.
The taste is the same as the spiced peanuts in the northeastern hometown, my husband's favorite.
Tips:
1. After the peanuts are roasted and let cool, they are crispy. If they are not crispy, put them in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for a few minutes.
2. Do not bake the peanuts. Peel off a few peanuts in advance for easy viewing, and the inside will be slightly yellowish.
