I don’t know the authentic way of salt water duck, but this [salt water duck] tastes very good indeed. The taste of duck meat is soft and rotten, which is a delicacy suitable for all ages. The method is simple, and it is the first choice for zero cooking.

Salted Duck

1. Wash half a duck

2. Put cold water into the pot, boil and cook for 1 minute, remove and rinse
