Salted Duck

Put the above seasonings in a pot, fry them on low heat to create a fragrance, and let cool for later use.

Wash the duck. Cut off the duck neck and duck feet.

Add appropriate amount of sauteed seasoning and knead evenly.

Put the duck in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 24 hours.

Put the marinated duck in a casserole and add an appropriate amount of water.
