Salted Duck Gizzard

Duck gizzards are washed and salted for 24 hours

Put the marinated duck gizzards into the pot and add some water

Add pepper, cooking wine, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes.

Let the cooked duck gizzards cool, slice them into a plate and pour in sesame oil
