Salted Duck Gizzards

Put an appropriate amount of salt in the duck gizzards;

Rub hard, especially on creases;

Clean with running water;
4.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add duck gizzards, then add sliced ginger, green onion, pepper, dried chili, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, cooking wine and an appropriate amount of salt;

Put the lid on, boil on high heat, and cook on low heat for half an hour;
6.
After cooking, remove and let cool, and cut into slices;
7.
Then add appropriate amount of coriander, onion, peanut, minced garlic, red pepper, white vinegar, salt, pepper powder and chili oil;
8.
Stir evenly;
9.
Serve it.
