Salted Edamame

Soak the edamame in brine for 10 minutes, and then scrub it.

Cut off both ends of the edamame, then wash it over and drain it. Prepare garlic cloves, chili shells and peppercorns.

Pour the edamame into the pot, add all the auxiliary ingredients, add enough water to completely cover the edamame, boil on high heat, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 15 minutes, stir fry once or twice in the middle.

Finished product.
