Salted Edamame
1.
Prepare raw materials;
2.
Simply fry the washed edamame to remove both ends to taste;
3.
Boil the edamame in an underwater pot, add the five-spice aniseed;
4.
Add a few drops of oil;
5.
Add more salt than usual for cooking;
6.
Add half a spoon of sugar;
7.
After boiling on high heat, boil the edamame until it is half cooked, without covering the whole process, soak it for 10 minutes and then put it on the plate.
8.
It's ready to eat.
Tips:
1. Frying the two ends of the edamame is not only easier to taste, but also more convenient to eat; 2. Put the edamame after boiling, add appropriate amount of oil, salt and sugar to keep the edamame green; 3. Do not cover the whole process. Turn off the heat when the edamame is boiled to be half-ripe, and then soak it for a better taste (if you don't have time to soak, just cook the edamame).
