Salted Edamame

Edamame (fresh soybeans with pods) is about 1000 grams, washed with water;

Drain.

After the edamame is boiled in water, re-boil in a pot under cold water;

Put 2 star anise, 5 Chinese pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon of salt;

Simmer for 1 hour;
