Salted Edamame

After the purchased edamame is washed in water, cut off both ends;

Put it in a saucepan, add green onions, ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and chili, cook for 5 minutes on high heat and turn to low heat for another 10 minutes, then add salt;

The cooked edamame tastes better after being soaked in the original juice for 30 minutes.
Tips:
1. Cut off both ends of edamame for good taste;
2. The cooked edamame will taste better after being soaked for a longer time or refrigerated;
3. Cook in an open pot, the color of edamame is green but not yellow.
