Salted Edamame

Pick up edamame and remove the bad beans, rinse with water repeatedly, remove and drain the water

Use scissors to cut off the corners on both sides of the edamame one by one to taste

Add salt, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, bay leaves to the edamame

Add appropriate amount of water and stir well, pour in edamame and soak for 1 hour

Take out the edamame and boil in salt water
6.
Pour the edamame and boil over high heat to see it open
7.
Continue to cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat
Tips:
1. Edamame is easier to taste by cutting off the corners on both sides.
2. The amount of salt is more delicious than cooking.
3. Don't cook edamame for a long time, just cut it off. The edamame must be boiled in an underwater pot without a cover. The cooked edamame is green but not yellow.
