Salted Egg Yolk Rice Sandwich

Take a small rice cooker, pour in rice, add 1:2 amount of water, a small amount of salt, close the lid and start cooking.

The rice is cooked after 20 minutes, then simmer for another 10 minutes, open the lid and let cool.

Use chopsticks to fluff the rice, add sesame salad dressing, mix well and set aside.

Cut the salted egg yolk into small pieces and dip it with chopped green onion.

Put a layer of rice mixed with salad sauce on the toast slice and add the egg yolk.

Put the shredded chicken on top, sprinkle some chopped green onion and rice.

Warm up the sandwich maker for 3 minutes.

Put the toast with rice and egg yolk in the sandwich machine and close the machine.
