Salted Fish Roasted Pork

Soak the salted fish in clean water for one night and wash off the pork belly

Cut the meat and salted fish into pieces and blanch them for later use

Knotted chives, sliced ginger, 2 star anise

Pour oil in the pan, add rock sugar and fry the sugar color over a low heat

Put the garlic cloves in 15 minutes in advance and cook until the soup is thick and ready to be out of the pot. The taste is very delicious!
Tips:
1. Soak the salted fish overnight to get rid of some salt;
2. Since the salted fish is relatively salty, pay attention to the amount when putting the seasoning, and don't put the salt;
3. Garlic will be less rotten if you add it first, so add it just before it comes out of the pot.
