Salted Fish Roasted Pork

Cut pork belly, cut salted fish, cut old tofu into pieces, each material needs to be cut into the same size

Blanch the pork belly, salted fish and tofu separately, then heat the pot to add a small amount of peanut oil, add sliced ginger and fry it for a fragrant flavor. Soy sauce, light soy sauce and cooking wine, add water until the surface of the water is covered with meat, add a few star anise, boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for an hour, add salted fish and old tofu while eating, and continue to cook for half an hour.
