There are many ways to eat meat. Grilling with salted fish is a way we often eat. I prefer to eat salted fish cooked with meat. I eat it with porridge.

Salted Fish Roasted Pork

1. Cut the meat

2. Soak the salted fish in warm water in advance

3. Put oil in the pan, add ginger star anise and fry until fragrant, add the meat and stir fry until golden

4. Stir fry with salted fish

5. Add soy sauce, stir fry evenly with vinegar

6. Add water, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer

7. Add chicken essence when the soup is almost ready

8. Sprinkle chopped green onion

9. Just install it

Tips:

1. Soak the salted fish in advance
2. There is no need to add salt to this dish, the salted fish is originally salty
