Salted Fish with Bean Sauce

Soak the salted fish in water overnight until soft, wash and drain.

Cut the salted fish into small pieces and chop the ginger for later use.

Wash millet pepper and tempeh and chop finely.

Put salted fish, ginger, millet pepper, and tempeh into a bowl, add rice wine, oil, fish sauce, and sugar, mix well, and marinate for 2-3 hours.
5.
Put the salted fish in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
