Salted Fish with Scallion and Ginger Oil

Soak the salted fish for about 5 hours to remove excess salt

Remove the soaked salted fish from the scales and wash, and cut the surface with a knife

Put the salted fish on a plate, and padded each layer with green onions to remove the peculiar smell

Add appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce to remove fishy and freshness

Boil water in the pot and put it in the pot

Steam for 15 minutes

In the process of steaming the fish, cut the green onion and ginger and set aside

Discard the green onion and soup in the plate, just take out the salted fish and reload it on the plate

Tips:
1. The salted fish must be soaked in place, otherwise it will be very salty.
2. The steamed fish soy sauce added for the first time is discarded after being steamed. Finally, the scallion and ginger oil is added, and the steamed fish soy sauce is added to taste.
