The salty pig's trotters marinated by yourself are very fragrant after air-drying. Bamboo shoots are added to enhance the flavor. The thin louver can absorb the oil in the soup, and the neutralized soup becomes delicious and not greasy.

Salted Pork Trotters and Fresh Bamboo Shoots in Clay Pot

1. Chop the salted pig's feet and wash, prepare bamboo shoots and thin louvers

2. Prepare cooking wine, ginger slices and shallots

3. Bring the trotters to a boil in a pot of cold water and cook for 2 minutes to pick up and wash

4. After removing the shells of the bamboo shoots, wash and cut into hob pieces, and knotted the shutters

5. After the water in the pot is boiled, blanch the bamboo shoots and shutters and pick them up

6. First add the salted pig's trotters to the electric pressure cooker, add ginger, spring onion knot and cooking wine

7. Cover and press for 30 minutes

8. After the exhaust is exhausted, open and add bamboo shoots and louver knots

9. Cook for another 15 minutes (do not press, close the lid)

10. Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion

Tips:

1. This soup is original, very delicious, and the salty taste is enough. Don't add chicken essence or anything else.
2. The salty taste of salted trotters is different. If it is too salty, soak it in clear water for a while to remove the salty taste
