Salted Squid

Remove the black film on the surface of the squid, wash and drain.

Use a knife to cut into even squid rings.

Add salt, pepper and sliced ginger, stir well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Knock an egg into the bowl and beat it up.

Dip the squid rings with cornstarch, coat with egg wash, and then coat with a layer of breadcrumbs.

Pour Yuhuang oil to taste U-flavored peanut oil, heat to 70% hot, add squid rings, and fry until golden.
Tips:
The choice of squid-if you buy the whole squid, the extra squid can be cooked as well. If you find it bothersome, you can use quick-frozen squid rings, but the taste will be slightly different.
