Salted Tiger Prawns

1. Use scissors to cut off the feet and whiskers, cut a piece from its back, and take out the intestinal mud to clean it. Wipe off the moisture from the shrimp with a napkin.

2. Chop the red pepper, garlic, ginger, and green onions finely and set aside.

3. Put the oil in the pan and heat it to 180°C and deep-fry the shrimp for about one minute.

4. Put the fried prawns on the plate and wait until the second frying.

5. Heat the oil in the pan and let the shrimp fry for half a minute.

6. Put a little oil in a pot and sauté the garlic, ginger and chili.

7. Put the shrimp in the pot and add all the seasonings.

8. Slowly fry until the sauce is in the pan and dry and serve.
