Tiger Prawns with Cocktail Sauce

Peel off the shell of the shrimp, leaving the last section of the tail, and cut it on the back, not too deep, just 1/3! Cut out the shrimp intestines! Clean again!

Boil water in a cold pan, wait for the water to boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and then boil the shrimp in the hot water! After the water boils, calculate the time, turn to medium and low heat, open the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
