1. Pour the green onion, ginger, star anise into boiling water to soak the fragrance, and remove the seasoning after cooling

2. Remove the tiger prawns, peel off the shells, add a spoonful of cooking wine, and marinate with black pepper for 10 minutes

3. Add one egg, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of cooking wine, half a spoonful of pepper oil, white pepper, sesame oil, salt, thirteen spices, stir well and add the green onion and ginger water from step one

4. Add corn kernels, drizzle with hot oil and stir
