This world is a little messy. Spring is getting shorter and shorter. Last year it went directly from summer to winter, and now it seems to go directly from winter to summer. No matter how short, toon must be eaten in this season!

The favorite way to eat it is: blanch it, pickle it with a little salt, and eat it. More original flavors..."

Salted Toon

1. Buy the toon and sort it out.

2. Dip.

3. Trim slightly and cut off the old pedicles.

4. Put cold water into the pot and boil.

5. Hot down the toon.

6. Watch and wait until the toon color turns green.

7. Get it up immediately.

8. The pot is blanched with hot water, and a layer of hot toon is placed.

9. Put in less salt.

10. Spread a layer of incense sticks and a little salt on it until all the toons are set.

11. Use chopsticks to press it firmly.

12. Drain the water from the bottom of the basin.

13. Sprinkle some salt on the surface, cover with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for about half a day. Ready to eat.

14. The whole refrigerator smells fragrant~~

15. Just take them one by one as snacks. Don't look at the thick stems, they are actually very tender, with their lips and teeth fragrant. . .
