Salted Yellow Bone Fish

Yellow bone fish. Clean it and cut it in the middle, don't cut it. Soak cooking wine and water to remove fishy. Add starch, salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut all the ingredients well.

That counts as this garlic. It must be a little bit more. I used about two of them like this, and patted them with the back of a knife.

Spread all the ingredients in the casserole.

Put the yellow bone fish and drizzle a little peanut oil. Then the fire gate will be ready for seven minutes. Then turn off the heat and keep it stuffy for another five minutes.

It is nutritious and delicious, not greasy at all, and very simple.
Tips:
This fish is best with peanut oil. If not, use blended oil instead.
