Saltwater Water Chestnut

Soak the water chestnut for 20 minutes and wash it off;

Shiny and smooth water chestnut;
3.
Put the water chestnut into the pot, and pour water that has twice as much water as the water chestnut;
4.
Add 1 spoon of salt and a little cooking oil;
5.
Add 4 slices of ginger;
6.
Boil on high heat for another 15 minutes, remove and drain before serving.
Tips:
1. The water chestnut is muddy and can be cleaned with a toothbrush;
2. Note that water chestnut should not be cooked and eaten with pork, which may cause abdominal pain.
