Fried Rice with Mushroom and Water Chestnut

1. Water chestnut, peeled, washed and cut into cubes, stir-fry in a wok, add salt to taste

2. The washed and fried water chestnuts are cooked in a rice cooker

3. Fry the fat pork out of the oil first in the wok

4. Then add pork meat, shiitake mushrooms, green onions and stir-fry until cooked

5. Add the boiled water chestnut and rice, stir-fry, add light soy sauce to taste
