Saltwater Water Chestnut

Soak the water chestnut in clean water for about half an hour.

Use an old toothbrush to clean the surface of the water chestnut for use.

Cut ginger and set aside.

Put the water chestnut into the pot, pour in clear water, it is advisable that the water has just passed the water chestnut, and bring to a boil on high heat.
