Salty Cheese Biscuits
1.
Add powdered sugar to the softened butter, turn on the electric whisk at low speed and mix evenly, and the butter becomes slightly whitish.
2.
Add the warmed cream cheese and continue to beat until it is even, without over-whipping.
3.
Add 1 egg yolk at room temperature and beat evenly.
4.
Add the sieved powder and stir evenly with a silicone spatula. After finishing into a dough, put it into a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator to relax for 30 minutes.
5.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangular sheet of about 5 mm thick, find two round holes for decorating nozzles, and carve holes of different sizes in the sheet.
6.
Then use a spatula to divide the dough into small triangles, and place them in a cooking pan covered with greased paper.
7.
Put it into the preheated oven, heat up and down at 165 degrees, bake the middle layer for about 25 minutes, and the surface can be slightly colored. After the oven is completely air-cooled, it should be sealed and stored.
